Most common problems
Mental health problems have become increasingly prevalent in the United Kingdom in recent years. Statistics indicate that one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health issue at some point in their lives, with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress affecting individuals across various age groups and backgrounds.
The COVID-19 pandemic has further exacerbated this situation, contributing to higher levels of psychological distress and loneliness.
Unfortunately, the stigma surrounding mental health often prevents individuals from seeking help, resulting in many suffering in silence. However, there has been a growing recognition of the importance of mental well-being, leading to increased efforts to destigmatize mental health and enhance access to mental health services.
